Week 6 of the high school football season was as exciting as advertised with
our 'Big Game' living up to the hype. Undefeated Lake Norman traveled to North
Meck on Friday night in a battle of two tops teams in the Charlotte area.North
Meck jumped out quickly to a 14-0 after just four minutes but Lake Norman did
not fold and fought their way back into the game. The Wildcats cut the lead to
21-14 in the fourth quarter but could not manage to close the gap and the
Vikings went on to win 24-20.We have complete coverage of the 'Big Game' on and
